HOTEL ROOMS...We have blocked 165 Rooms.
Standard 2 Room Suites (Queen/King) have a nightly rate of $149.00 +tax. (Mobility Access Rooms available) King Corner Suites at a nightly rate of $164.00 +tax (limited availability).
Rates are valid 3 days prior/3 days post Reunion dates

**The group rate is valid until 8/10/2025 or once the room block has been filled, whichever comes first.

HOTEL AIRPORT SHUTTLE: Embassy Suites offers courtesy Round Trip Shuttle for Minneapolis Airport. Airport transportation is provided from 4am-11pm daily. The Shuttle leaves the hotel every 30 minutes to drop off airport guests, on the hour and half hour. Airport pick-ups are upon request. ***Upon arrival…proceed to the Baggage Claim (whether you have luggage or not) and follow the signs to ground transportation/hotel shuttles. Once at the hotel location, Call the hotel front desk (952) 854-1000 to request a pick-up. Hotel Front desk will verify your reservation and ask what
airline you flew in on (to determine which terminal for pick-up). Wait time for shuttle is normally between 5-15 minutes.

HOTEL PARKING: For those driving in…Guest parking will be complimentary. Upon check-in, you will be given a parking pass that must be displayed in your vehicle (dashboard or rear-view mirror).
BANQUET: Seating for the Banquet will be Pre-Reserved with 10 persons per table BEFORE the Reunion. If you have an individual(s)"or” group (10 per table or less) please, submit names ASAP and we can start a table for you “or” your group. Please initiate contact and coordinate with the others before submitting names. If you have no preference, we will assign you a table “or” you can submit a name of a fellow Seawolf and we will try and match you with their table.

DATES TO REMEMBER.....
Wednesday, July 30th – ALL Reunion Registrations that Include Tour #1 need to be received.
Sunday, Aug 10th - Last day to make a Hotel Reservation at the group rate. Any reservations made after this date will be based on hotel availability and at “rack rate”.
Saturday, Aug 19th – ALL Reunion Registrations need to be received. Attendance number needed by Hotel. ***Due to restrictions by our Vendors, Reunion Cancellation Policies will apply.
July 31st thru Aug 24th - Reunion Reservations Cancelled - "Tour Fees" Non-Refundable.
Aug 25th thru Sep 4th - Reunion Reservations Cancelled - "All fees" Non-Refundable
